Video English: A Lost Generation
There are two reasons that I really like this video. The first is that I agree with what the author/speaker is saying: the important thing isn’t what category other people put you in, but what you yourself decide to do. I don’t know how old the author/speaker is, but I’ve heard enough stupid things said about my own generation to know how she must feel.
But the other reason I really like this video is that it shows just how important word order is in English. The same text read forwards and backwards can have opposite meanings. (Okay, it’s not really backwards.)

what does “happiness comes from within” mean ?

Ali: Happiness comes from within is a saying that means that you can only find happiness inside of yourself. (Within means ‘inside’)
We say this when people seem to be looking for happiness from the wrong place: from owning fast cars or alcohol. . .
