How To Complain Successfully
Next week we’re going to start talking about English vocabulary and grammar for making complaints. So, I thought that this is a good time to include a short video on how to complain.
This is a video in British English–it’s different from how you’ve heard me speaking here–but it’s full of good advice on how to make a complaint when you’re unhappy with a product or service you’ve received.
